Josh Bertrand, recent winner of the Bassmaster Elite Series smallmouth slugfest on the St. Lawrence River, Skypes into the Ike Live Bass Fishing podcast to talk about his win. In a tournament that had nearly 60 20-lb bags on the first day of the tournament and 5 anglers over 90lbs for the tournament, it's no surprise that it took nearly 100lbs. of bass to win this tournament.

Skeet Reese also calls in to talk about the Chesapeake Bay postponement due to flood conditions. Heavy rains caused flooding in the Susquehanna River which created "unsafe conditions" for the anglers. Dave, who was playing video games, was replaced by BTC's wife, Heather, and musical guest bassoonist Logan.

After weeks, if not months, on the road, Mike "Ike" Iaconelli is back home after a top 20 finish at the Bassmaster Elite Series Sabine River bass fishing tournament, which was rescheduled after heavy rains caused flooding in April. Mike talks about his Sabine River tournament, which started slow, but improved with a bigger bag of bass on day 2. Iaconelli almost made the final day cut, but finished in 18th place. Most importantly, having Mike back home, he is able to host his own bass fishing podcast from his studio.
